Whimsical: Unusual, playful, funny, and unpredictable, rather than serious and practical. Impulsive and imaginative.
This word describes me and how our little shop will be ran. A fun environment where I keep you guessing ~ you never know what I'll be whipping up! I moved here from Montana in 2012, with my two children, Olivia and Gaige. I come from a huge family and I've always enjoyed entertaining. Food and drinks is what always seems to be the one thing that brings everyone together. I love the sounds of laughter, great conversations, and the feeling of togetherness. I have a passion to serve and to make people feel loved - I'm hoping that when you visit Whimsicals you feel welcomed and loved because you truly are. Coffee is one of those things that brings goodness to any part of your day; with the mouthwatering aroma and taste. You don't even have to like coffee to enjoy the smell of fresh ground coffee beans. Whenever we travel we always explore the coffee shops that grab our attention with their variety of drink options and unique vibe. I love the idea of bringing these experiences into my own place. In early 2018, my daughter was diagnosed with a gluten allergy. Since then, we have realized the limited number of options in our area. We are proud to offer Gluten Free options for those that are unable to have it. Our waffles are always gluten free, we have gluten free pastry options, our sandwiches can be made on gluten free bread or served with gluten free crackers, and we are very conscious of our snack choices. Whimsicals is a new adventure, something I have dreamed of but never imagined it would become reality.
